It’s “fixable” in the sense that you need a new derailleur hanger and new rear derailleur. There are hundreds of derailleur hangers, you’ll need to source the right option at a shop or online. The cage of your derailleur looks bent/opened and the whole thing will need to be replaced. It shouldn’t be too costly.
