Cyclist is not getting in the way. The highway code states that cyclists can be 0.5 metres from the kerb on busy roads. Nothing wrong here.
Bikers piss me off
If you're 300mm away from the nearest car or truck you shouldn't have overtaken. Take some lessons and learn how to drive properly.
Probably best to wait, and overtake when you have slightly more than 300mm on the right hand side!

Personally, I wouldn't cycle on a road where motorist can drive at 60 to 70 mph.. its the law to give space..
