Is this Giant Anyroad Comax a good entry/mid level gravel and commuting bike for $650?

Looking to buy my first gravel bike and have a max budget around $800-1000. Finally rode my 2013 Trek FX 7 into the ground. The seller says all factory parts except new wheels.

I'm a lanky 6'3" and would be doing a ton of commuting on rough pavement and gravel trails. Ideally use it to get into bike packing or longer back road or compact trail rides as well. The carbon frame is pretty tempting at this price.
