Trek FX 7.3 $300 CAD

Hi everyone

Been looking for a bike for riding around with the kids in the neighborhood. I'm 6' 200 lb. Generally on paved areas with the occasional grass. Is this a good deal and would it suit my needs? I also planned on using this to tow a kids trailer.
