Started in Bilbao and ride all the way to Santiago, 50/50 road (to avoid MTB section of the Camino) and gravel roads. Amazing places, good food and stunning beaches but awful weather, has rained everyday, max temp was around 16°C min 3°C
Stayed in albergues, so no need for tent/sleeping/cooking kit, ony 1 set of cycling clothes, thermal baselayer + 1 set casual clothes. Essential was my waterproof kit: OMM Halo Jacket + Pants that has proven to be really good even if not made for cycling.
Bike is Megamo Jakar with Apex1 + DTSwiss GR1600 (650b with 47mm Conti Terra Trail).
Setup with 2L rollbag at front, 4L Apidura frame bag, 2,5L saddlebag + 15L Patagonia DirtRoamer Backpack
Total 690km with 11300m elevation.
Doable in less days, but I was always stopping around lunchtime in order to be able to wash/dry everything in the afternoon for the next day.
