I found you a good bit of info from where they bought it. It’s a Dawes SST AL, from [Bikes direct.](https://www.bikesdirect.com/products/dawes/sst_al_carb_x.htm)
If it fits you, you got a great deal though. It doesn’t look like it’s in bad shape at all.
