I have a vintage Raleigh road bike frame, originally green but repainted white by the previous owner. It has Campagnolo dropouts. The bottom bracket shell has a serial number with 'WH' at the beginning and '12' at the end and also has a '4' to the side, but the rest is partially obscured. I'm planning a Resto Mod commuter build, and helping identify this would be great so I can plan compatible parts. Any tips on Resto Mod builds and working with older bikes would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
