Hi folks,
I want to buy a Canyon Ultimate CF SL 7, but unfortunately I'm right between sizes and I'm struggling to decide which one to go for.
My true measurements are 179 cm, 81 cm inseam, for which Canyon's sizing guide recommends a size medium.
However, either changing my height to 178, or changing the inseam a mere 0.5 cm to 80.5, results in the calculator recommending a size S.
Is it a fair assumption that being on the cusp of both height and inseam measurements, S would give me more options to fine tune the fit?
Any input will be much appreciated!

S won’t give you more options because of the integrated cockpit. Unless you are not aiming to order a cockpit with a longer stem which will cost you some extra money. I was between sizes and messed up with the right one. I’d recommend asking a bike fitter or even do a bike fit.
