Hey Reddit I'm stuck in a research loop and can't figure out the pros and cons between these two options.
Context: I race a couple times a year (non-competitive) and am looking to pick up my training to ~3 rides/wk. I currently have no other bike. My budget is ideally <$5k incl tax.
My preferences:
Carbon frame, di2 electric shifting
105 is fine with me, ultegra is just a plus
Slightly racier than a chonky trainer
Color/look is important, I know I'm human
Carbon wheels either now or down the line
Choices:
Heard great things about Canyon bikes, and was focusing in on the linked Ultimate CF SL 7 Di2. Great bike for the price.
But also found a new Bianchi online for about the same price:
Oltre COMP 2024 – Shimano 105 Di2 12sp – Velomann Carbon V50R 50mm. Celeste color and those carbon wheels are attractive, but don't know Bianchi well nor its weight.
Thoughts?

I’ll throw out there that my last two bikes were Cannondale, but looking to change it up for better value and style!
