Is the dork ring rubbing against the sprockets? Does that noise go away when you aren’t free wheeling?

Since it’s new I highly doubt it’s anything wrong with the hub, maybe check if you overtightened the through axle as this could compress the bearings too much and cause them to not spin as freely as they should. Just a guess though.
