If you will enjoy it, then ride it. Don”t baby it just because its valuable.
You can search what listings are asking on [eBay](https://www.ebay.com/itm/204749888285?), it might not fetch much as a complete wheel, someone might want the hub only. The demand for a non disc hub might be less.
My opinion is ride it.
I got a set of Bullseye hub wheels, which were my dream wheels back in the day. I rode them for a bit, and now i am ready to move on.
