Day 67 – 58:23. Yes yes! Back for ep3 of the Smoke Show! Today I’m joined the legend Coy The Boy from Birmingham area in the UK. We met at the hostel the night before and he joined me the next day for a run! Great fun.

I’ve spotted Coy Coy yes we found him smoke show baby yeah let’s go yo what’s going on welcome to day 67 and this is episode 3 of the 10K a day smoke show I have KY the boy with me today K the hung over boy K the hung over boy woo have a look at this joint we’re at Mad Monkey in subu Hostel and I haven’t heard too many good things about this um City to be honest with you but the pool up here is banging and over here over here we have we have the man himself the boy Bo last night I was sitting down here when I came two seconds later hey what do you what do you have to say [ __ ] this’s coughs drinking a few a few goys for um what was it quiz night last night KY was sitting over there we pulled him into the table met a bunch of Legends and he’s joining me today this afternoon see how we got see how we got he’s joining me this afternoon for a for a 10k run around subu the streets look wild here I don’t know how we’re going to tackle this run where abouts are you from uh UK Birmingham Birmingham one word Boom Town Boom Town two words Boom Town he’s trying to jam me up for this Festival in uh in August in in the UK where abouts is it uh it’s in Winchester Winchester sou of England he he’s selling it pretty well but I don’t know how the 10 the 10K day is going to keep going we’re enjoying this pool right now we just smashed times two chicken palmies little bit little a little bit hung over to say the least but uh this is uh this is a Mad Monkey in subu uh free shots all last night we were doing quizzes all sorts but regarding the um whale shark Saga in Oslo I’ve spoken to a few people spoke last night with a few people I spoke to KY about this as well and I’m not doing it it’s it’s not happening like I’ve done some more research and those poor whale sharks are literally just kept in oslob for tourists they just they feed the [ __ ] they feed the [ __ ] out of them um just to just to keep them there so idiots like me can come with GoPros and be like Oh W welcome to day [ __ ] 67 so I I’m not doing it we’re going to go well I’m going to go down to mobo I think Coy’s going as well we just met a few Aussie Lads I think they’re going too so we’ll see what happens I think uh I think mbow might be uh might be the goer um hang by some beaches drink a few beers some red horse some s girls and a load of L Island we’re doing the quiz last night and these F’s just steaming around the bar double par with Long Islands got got to get involved so good and then you come up here hung over for some lunch and you look up at the screen and it says 8:00 p.m. I think it was beer pong tournament tonight M mad monkeys are out of control but I’m going to stop blabbering on we’ll see you later for this uh 10k run let’s go now do you know what the 10K a day smoke show is no all right so as I’m doing my running uh streak wherever I’m going in the world I’m running with people with mates people that I meet like yourself and it’s called the 10K a day smoke show I’m explaining this as well for people that don’t really understand it and why it’s called the smoke show getting smoke is what me and the lads back home call like going getting after it going for a run so it’s a smoke show the 10K day smoke show it’s episode 3 we got Coy the boy we’re here at the Mad Monkey in subu it’s uh it’s not the nicest area here but we’re going to get a 10K in that’s all that matters let’s go KY was telling me up before in the pool you’ll see those clips as well but he was saying H he might only have a FIV in him today but we’ll see we’ll see how we go it’s uh warm it’s warm and we did we did delve into a few drinks last night I’ll start coming out soon literally just sweating beers all day but they got a pool up there so you can’t complain it is madness out here you don’t even get a foot path there’s cars everywhere but we’re uh we’re not in the direct sun so it’s all good it’s all systems go 10K loading woo we have acquired a foot path yeah it’s still warm as it is still warm as so where we’re staying in our hostel is not the nicest looking area but this here looks looks all right I don’t even know where we are look at that thing filled with people hey hello hey hey all right so we found just this little little Loop to be r funny one of the little homies just joined me I found this Loop we are 4ks in Coy’s just taking a breather he’s going to catch me on the last uh on the next Loop and then hopefully we’ll drag him to the Finish I’ve lost Koy where is he where is he maybe maybe he was just coping a breather and then continued but we’ll have to we’ll have to find the boy Coy the boy where are you how good is it a I knew coming to a hostel was going to be a good op I literally met KY at like 10 p.m. last night uh in the bar and now 5:00 p.m. the next day he’s already laced up and he’s come out for uh episode three of the smoke show so where he’s gone I don’t know we might be sending out a 10K day search party in uh the streets of Shu for Koy the boy but it’s old J he’ll be here somewhere I’ve spotted ky ky yes we found him oh man you’re not wrong hit it can I please have a ah oh man trying to kill me cold I can’t get into this though why swe what a man the first no all you bro R you going to chill for a bit I’m going to continue all right we’ll see you in a sec look at this thingo could I actually just cop a sip of that too please get some sugars in here Legend all right I’m 6ks in I’ll be back in a minute hydration Coy the boy we found found him we found KY let’s keep moving hey he’s had a big big week on the on the source and last night sent us so he’ll um I think he’ll be back for another episode you’re selling for a 5k today yeah day yeah day it’s more of an assault C than a r come on bro this is It’s a smoke show let’s [Applause] go no but he he’s had a big few days in Boh we we’ll let him off of this one with a 5k I’m getting the 10 done as always and then uh I think the people are going to want to see you back for uh for round two to finish this thing off I’ll be a regular for the next week what do you reckon Co we’re there we’re there yeah see that’s it all you smoke show Baby One More Time smoke show baby yeah let’s go you just got to show up he’s got to try he’s come out today and we’re going to get a 10K locked in before our travel are over so I’ll see you back at the uh the hostel and we’ll finish this thing off I don’t know if you guys can see what I can see but up there is where we’re headed I’ve just clocked over 10 I’ve just clocked over 10K 6 and 1/2 minutes uh ky’s got the 5K done uh 3
