Just got a spectral CF7 with the KIS system. It sounds like it is rubbing on the inside of the frame.
I've reset the system as per the manual but the noise persists. Any ides?

I’m having similar noises but don’t have the KIS system. I took it to Canyon for a check, but the noises persisted. I’m hearing it while turning mainly, but also over bumps and just randomly here and there. I’m thinking it’s the internal cable routing rubbing and bumping against the frame. I’ll be having a crack at fixing it tomorrow.
Ps. Is it happening when you’re riding? Silly question perhaps, but you’re turning the bars while it’s clamped to a stand.
