projections either that’s just like the number I’ve picked out from my head like we projected less but based off last moment we’re going to get it uh 12,500 followers 2,500 online store orders 5,000 email customers basically already hit that uh 4% yearly conversion rate 5 10K months expand to like six sponsored athletes are basically there as well so that was what I said at the start of this year but based off it now I’ve changed it a little bit what I think now will be like 350k total turnover probably like 12 half th000 followers to be fair online store orders is difficult maybe like 4,000 this year uh email customers would be like close to 10K yearly conversion again like 4 to % would be great and then like probably probably 8 10K months yeah black Fridays yeah based off the how the one year went I reckon I reckon June will be just as good as the one year stuff I’ve I’ve got a plan got a plan all right so basically this is absolutely fued the zip on it I it arrived broken so I wanted to cop hoodie for but I don’t want to crop like something that could be salt essentially because this is Surplus to requirement cuz the zip doesn’t work want to crop it see how it looks and to make this for you like even better for a cheaper and uh she just said today she said I’ve just sent you a parcel with four things in it she I have sent four pieces of shirts for you today through FedEx I hope you get them tomorrow hopefully they’re good mate cuz if they are we have to do whatever we want got to do [ __ ] 5xl 2 XL that’s anything and that means like more people more options better athletes right now we’re size restricted so if anyone who thinks that clothing straightforward yeah this is why it isn’t straightforward so basically this woman told me that she was going to get me uh a sample of like basically my clothes exactly how they should be recreate everything about so same fabric same stitching all that the materials and that we use and then she just sends me a message saying please not these samples are just for Stitch and approval as far as fabric is concerned we Tred to get slightly similar um but an accurate Fabric and ribneck will be produced on order so I’m just like brother so you only want to give me that when I actually place the order so I’ve got a order blind still so people will promise you a lot of [ __ ] mate and then none of it is [ __ ] real you have to just hope that these people actually make the [ __ ] they’re going to tell you they’re going to make before you spend all your money with them and lose it all because theyve sent you a load of [ __ ] so this is the third time this has happened now someone says they’re going to make me tease they try and make them they can’t make them and yeah it’s just it’s a fuff but anyways we’re at nandos I’m going to get nund now so catch you in a bit [ __ ] we’re going to get a little coffee first things first Essentials uh and then we got a lot of [ __ ] to do today is going to be a b bigger day coffee sort the pcks out from yesterday sort sort like some of the videos out from yesterday as well and then go drop these boxes off at the unit I got go to my local printers and drop some stuff off and then pick a load of stuff up as well and then packing orders all night with the boys which is going to be great for them so got about 163 orders to get through tonight I reckon we’ll probably box it off in a couple of hours to be fair um and then we’re pretty much done for that for that last launch just needs to like basically get all the new stuff sorted in terms of like campaign the visuals I need to get some picked up like some of the clothes in the unit tonight on the floor and yeah then chill out mate cuz we haven’t really chilled out last two days have we it’s just been like oh we get home at 8:00 oh we do 3 hours work oh we go to bed oh we wake up and then just straight back to it so yeah but almost there last week last week and then we’re uh done for another month and then March and then another big one in June it’s a vicious cycle never ending circle but we love it it’s what we’re here for it’s going to be 24/7 he’s going to just be living with me we’re just going to be good to see you yeah so the top basically messaged me on insta out of nowhere I was just like hey bro I’ve seen your brand um I work for a company called box world but like I also own like a like a an agency on the side and essentially what he said was like let me come and let me come and like have a coffee with you he took me here and he was like oh we’ll sit down we’ll go over like what you do at the minute you spending so on so forth and how are you going to like set your ads up he didn’t really know where the business was at at the time and it wasn’t really in a position where I could be like paying him to do all this [ __ ] I don’t even pay myself so it got to the point where he was like okay you can’t pay me he came to the the Arnolds he he HED me up with with someone that he knew who builds stands he basically put me with the stand for the Arnold if he didn’t do that I wouldn’t have got a stand of the Arnold um he B said oh this G build your stand and so on so forth Todd then swung by the Expo I gave him a load of free [ __ ] as soon as I’m in a position to be able to pay you like I will because I think you’re the guy and this is the person I want to work with he messaged me the next day and he was like hey I’ve been having a think and he was like I want to run it for free is like we’ll we’ll like we’ll pattern this and we’ll we’ll do it together and we’ll we’ll get to a point where like you are if you are able to pay me then you can pay me and I was like yeah sick so right now we’re just like we’ve done one load of Facebook ads already tried and tested it and now we’re just kind of like revisiting it we’re going to try some different strategies he’s a man he’ll be able to explain to you I just click on the ads manager and just see be ads running I’m like okay um but yeah it’ll be sick I reckon in the next like six months we’ll have like ads rolling consistently there’ll be like more stock will be able to purchase because the ad run throughout so like we might have like the launch might be available to purchase for like a week instead of a weekend um but yeah every second again [ __ ] big shout out to him because he’s [ __ ] helping me for absolutely nothing just because he believes in what we’ve got going on I think that is the most important thing right if anyone is starting a brand or starting like an idea just your network is your most important thing because the more people you know the more help you’re going to get and the more favors people are going to pull for you the amount of people who pull favors to me just because they believe in what’s going on it’s not even necessarily A me it’s just what’s going on is unbelievable so again network is [ __ ] key he a [ __ ] real one mate a real one panic in your voice bro burn oh really my car is going to be so full bro B Green t-shirts I think this is the most I’ve had in the car it’s so hard to be trck up now horrible legit numers but you work up to this is it you don’t just start at this see too many people trying to just like buy bulk that 50 of one thing bro I I haven’t even I don’t think I’ve ever sold 50 of one thing in one drop like even across multiple sizes I think the most I’ve ever done is like 40 30 40 so starts more five pieces of each thing gradually gradually bring it up when you know you’ve got the demand and next thing you know you fill your car up I ain’t no expert I ain’t no expert but this is just my my experience but [ __ ] H but yeah you don’t want to you want to start small because the worst thing you want is stock sitting on your shelf you just can’t shift and then you got like stick it in a sale and that like don’t get me wrong every now and then we get something that doesn’t like 100% go or we get that bits return and then we’ve end up we stock on the Shelf but like you’d rather that than 100 units of something like yeah you’ll get a cheaper price whatever but in the long run you want your shelves more empty than four in in my eyes anyways um so yeah start small work bigger and then eventually you can start doing bits like this the more items you offer the harder it is and the more you probably paying cost like again the margins for us are very slim but because we’re doing like more volume now it’s starting to pay off and starting to work a bit better so yeah definely my but one piece ofice from this video is starts more because you’ll [ __ ] yourself in the long run if you don’t normally what I sell is that three boxes but this is like 60% of what what we did on these three rails will probably go um stuff in those boxes will go that’s all blanks stay and then all the stuff on those well that’s where you go oh he’s got oh bro honestly just have a sip of that that that’s that’s supposed to be what we met [Music] cage to be d a t-shirt hoodie last night we packed about 150 orders between four of us so it takes us about 50 50 every 3 hour or 50 an hour so yeah it wasn’t a bad job I’ve dropped off half of them at the thingy today the post office they could only take half because uh there’s so many and every now and then they get a little bit assy with me doing it but we’re almost at that like dpd collection threshold now so life should get easier um and yeah that is it we’re going to go to London today I’m going to have a day off work because it is very much [ __ ] needed um going to go do some shopping with the boys get some good food um and then come back to start the next launch campaign for the stuff that releases on the 3rd of March should get some like new exciting bits in terms of like products and stuff for like end of June in the next couple of days as well so I’ll be able to share some bits about them um and yeah that is it end of March or end of May end of March end of May bro I just love March I just love March March manness Yeah March was Madness yeah I’m just addicted to March now um yeah May if anyone if I said March in this video
