    Wow, I didn’t know that a bike could look “extremely 2010” until I saw this photo.

    I’d personally be a little wary of used carbon, just because it can be hard to tell at a glance what kind of condition it’s in.

    Kestrel used to be a BikesDirect brand; as far as I know they’re quality bikes — I had an aluminum Dawes single-speed from them in the late aughts — but I would guess the retail price would’ve been sub-2000, so you can justifiably negotiate them down a bit.

    Assuming wheels are straight and true I would not pay over $500.
