Just bought my first non-Walmart bike (and first bike in like 10 yrs lol) off BikesDirect and will arrive at my door next week. Site says free brakes and levers too, but we'll see lol. Any building tips/secrets to share with a fixed gear first timer? Also ordered Squirt chain lube, Orange Seal tire sealant, and Park Tool grease through recommendation from a friend that's been into fixed since forever.

That’s a good bike
Well, if you’re gonna use Squirt, you will have to get the chain off your bike, completely get rid of all the factory grease with a series of nasty chemicals and pop it back on with a new quick link. Squirt is a wax based lube and does not work if you have any kind of residue on your chain before applying.
