yeah, all you need is a wheel with a fixed hub. if you want to make it look like the other pic its gonna need pretty much a complete overhaul. If you want to go halfsies, all you need is a new bar, seat, and some elbow grease.

I have that exact type of bike! But I made it into derailleur-geared, as it was previously singlespeed.

You can make it fixed, but it will never quite look like the second pic or have the sporty feel of the Tsunami bc the geometry of the two frames is completely different.
