Looking at picking up an Ultimate in size small, but I need a 120mm stem which annoyingly Canyon seems to have zero flexibility around.
Is there anything proprietary I need to worry about if I want to swap out for an aftermarket bar/stem? Specifically looking at https://www.pandapodium.cc/product/avian-falcon-ii-integrated-handlebar/
