Looks like a decent deal if everything is mechanically sound, but it seems pretty clean at least! It also seems like a pretty massive gear ratio on there now, so if you are new to fixed gear riding, that would definitely be something I would change, so budget for that – new chain and a rear cog at the very least and a fixed gear lock ring tool and chain whip to change it out. Otherwise, take it to a shop. Some shops are cool too and will look over a bike pre-purchase. Usually these will be more independent shops focused on repair and maintenance rather that new bike sales and retail.
