  1. To all the dummbells who keeps calling the video clickbait, please use your brain before commenting. The word danger written in the title is written as: "Dangers". That means the video is gonna debunk myths that creatine is dangerous. This is why school has 7 subjects, one includes English class. Too bad so many people think school isn't necessary in order to be soberminded

  2. I have been taking creating for a long time until recently when I decided to de the loading phase of 10mg a day and I gained so much weight. My period completely stopped 😭😭😭😭 I looked so puffy. I stopped now and hoping my menstrual cycle will kick back in. It really played a massive role with heart palpitations and shivers. It’s odd.

  3. I was enjoying it, and has to STOP because I am immature. at 10.14 he makes a pun, in relation to the research on positive effects creatine has on foetal development – STILL BEING IN ITS INFANCY!!! I do not know if it was intentional, but it was a good giggle.

  4. Million dollar question: Does creatine increase Blood Pressure? Anecdotally speaking only, I noticed a significant spike in my systolic blood pressure reading that tracked with creatine water gain. There was nothing else I had done or changed(increased sodium intake, sugar intake, calorie intake, binge eating, lack of sleep, change in exercise, etc.,). Luckily as my BP readings were in the optimal range with lots of wiggle room, it it did not push me in the danger zone. But I imagine if this applies to others, especially those that have hypertension, hypertensive, borderlinehypertensive, it could easily push them in the danger zone and potentially increase the risk of strokes. I googled the issue after discovering that and came across some citations that creatine could potentially increase blood pressure. I have not seen any research on this, and would love to know what creatine experts have to say about this

  5. OK all credibility loss. go have a chat with the many many balding guys whove used creatine. he says himself it increases dht.. he refers to dht in some nonchalant way. DHT kills your hair. creatine increases it.

  6. I took tons of creatine with hardly any water at all and almost went bye bye for good. Thanks to the Staff at UMASS medical center for bringing me back.

  7. No doctor on youtube has come across people having side efdects of creatine & ……here we are in the comment section people reporting all side effects that are discussed as myths ….. its strange ….😂😂

  8. When he said "kidney is the first organ that will filter creatine",this tells me this doctor forgot about the liver that everything we eat/consume that goes in the stomach, liver will always be the first organ that will filter everything.then the liquid form with chemicals and other excess nutrients will go to kidney as a form of blood.then that blood form will be filtered in the kidney before it will become a urine.

  9. Getting so sick of the fitness industry and all the science , experts, scientists etc…..not to start about recommendations from our governments….
In the end we are left behind…clueless and confused.
Scientific studies, peer reviews, evidence etc….a lot of BS

  10. Long term effects have NOT been documented, contrary to what many say. You can find anecdotal reporting of guys taking creatine for 15 years and being fine. And the point is? Some people can smoke for 15 years and be fine. Some people can have high cholesterol and high blood pressure and be fine for 20 years, until they're not anymore. I'm a vegan, I do weight training and calisthenics and I run 3 times a week. I'm also a personal trainer. I've seen a marginal gain in strength with creatine, 2% maybe, with the ability to do 2-3 extra rep on a given weight, but my running sucks and my ability to do calisthenics too. I'm short, 5'8 and creatine makes me gain 6 pounds, and those pounds are a bitch to carry when I run either long or when I try to do interval training. Not worth it. Also I appreciate everybody saying that creatine is the safest supplement on the planet and that it's been so much studied. Sure, please forward more than one studies in which the "researchers" declare that they have no conflict of interest. Without being paranoiac, do you really believe that in 2024 marketing hasn't reached a level of sophistication that would involve irreprochable studies done by "legit" scientists?

  11. creatine gives me a rash, seems I already have optimal levels anyway, that maybe why I get a rash when taking it. My kidneys all good. I 51 still building, high bone density too. And muscle growth, even though I perimenopausal, Have taken Vitamin D for years at high levels. virtually vegan too, not consumed animal flesh for over 18 years eat the old egg. Stopped remaining dairy 8 years ago. Blood was done 6 months ago. Everything good.

  12. I sported never used anything.but now get arthose whole body.train less 50 minutes max.but with creatine now i train 90 minutes and more heavy.although pain is i hope to recover little.3 times weekly and biking.my gf say i look more young.she is 39.i go try proteine powder.only 1 teaspoon.i disabled but happy i found these videos.

  13. Every video discussing the science and studies: There's no evidence that shows creatine causes hair loss at all.

Ten billion comments on every video regarding creatine: My hair fall increased while taking creatine, and then stopped when stopping the creatine.

Yeah nothing can be true without a study backing it up, right? There's no amount of fallen hairs I would trade for more muscle. I'm ending creatine after many years of use. I simply don't care about the muscularity of my body as much as I do my hair. DYEL for life, screw it. I don't care anymore.
