Klite rear mount light for with Tailfin rack system

I want to mount the rear klite light to the rear dropout like [this](https://fairlightcycles.com/product/dynamo-rear-light-mount-non-drive-side-retail-stock/?v=7516fd43adaa) on the fairlight faran. The issue is that it has to clear the tailfin aeropack and have a go pro mount for the klite lights.

Does anybody know if something like this exists?

I don’t want to attach it to the rack for two reasons:

1) So that the light position doesn’t change when I am not using the aeropack

2) If I get a flat, I don’t have to deal with removing the light from the aeropack first
