Try Komoot for your bike navigation, might be worth a shot. Also, probably a stretch, but if you have some down time in between trips, maybe plan on going to a welding shop to have them make a rear wheel guard for you that can hold all of your gear. Or rent a mig welder and make something yourself. Might not be the most accessible thing to come by but you never know. Hope this helps, cheers.
