A lot of work to be done. Note especially the extremely provisional crankset situation; had to switch the outer and middle gear wheel in order to get the outer one centered on the crankset until I’ve gotten a singlespeed crankset. So a new crankset is coming.
I’ve ordered a Pelago Commuter front rack (medium, polished) and am planning to get a new stem and cruiser bars. Also planning to get flat pedals.
Any information you can provide on this bike (Redline Conquest 45) would be greatly appreciated! I know nothing about it, got it for around $130.

All I can think any time I see one of these is putting an Alfine internal gear hub and a carbon belt drive on it. Definitely my next project

Now that is an interesting bike! Redline is most well known for BMX bikes? I think. Says it’s Tange chromoly so it’s maybe a pretty good frameset. Honestly though, not sure if it is just the picture playing tricks but some of the welds on that bike look like garbage. Really pretty cool regardless. You might want to try to find a serial number and do some research that way.
I agree with u/didleavethegason though – if there was ever a bike for a Gates belt drive, this seems like the one. Although the vertical dropouts would be a problem I think.
Edit: Ha! I just did some looking myself and someone wants [$650 for this frameset](https://www.ebay.com/itm/255078567095?itmmeta=01HWN6V1AQVNTBRN2YM1NKNR7G) on ebay. If it’s actually worth close to that then you got a steal obvy. It is pretty unique and probably a pretty rare find at this point.
