Managed to grab a nice deal or at least in my head it is but 2017 bianchi frameset I picked up for £70 and carbon wheelset which I think is 40 – 50mm looks a bit skinnier rn because of the lack of tires which I got for £100 and I was going to use this as my first roadbike project but just seeing how good the frame looks I’m contemplating another fixie 😬

I’m not sure you can fixie it. Your dropouts are vertical and there’s not enough space for an eccentric bottom bracket.
What’s your plan? How do you intend to solve those issues?
I think you should go for road. If you end up not liking it, you can slap a fixed gear and a tensioner down the line and see how it plays out.
The BB height is very tall, almost track bike-like. I like that.
It’s always worth trying stuff for yourself, so then you’ll know for sure if it’s for you or not. If you’re willing to mess around with magic ratios or eccentric hubs/BBs, I’d say go for it.
