I met the one and only Park Tool man last summer while walking through MSP airport. Such a great guy in person, he even gave me a Park Tool bottle opener that hasn’t left my keys since.

I once called Park Tool to chat about Campagnolo chain tools, and he picked up. Unmistakable voice.
