For the reference I’m 184-185cm with the inseam of 90cm. It’s size L. Before I rode Ultimate CF SL size M and it’s eventually small for me. After the bike came I did a professional bikefit with both bikes and fitter confirmed Aeroad L is better.
The bike itself feels stiffer in comparison with Ultimate. On the flats it’s faster especially it’s noticable when it’s -1-2 degree.
