Loic Bruni, Jack Moir, Mick Hannah and Luca Shaw all hit the same section of track at the Andorra World Cup DH, but who went fastest? Two 27.5 and two 29ers, low lines and high lines. Have some practice day fun!
Moir certainly looks faster, but also looks like he is more committed and taking more risks. If the guys are expecting rain for race day though they would be faster and safer on the higher line. ππ²π―βΊοΈπ
Nice work fellas! Please keep finding more places like this on other courses. Hell if you do it right teams might pay you for this kind of section by section data.
Jack might not be able to turn super quick but straight is always fast especially if you have more traction on the exit. He just got a bit stood up in the clip.
it depends on the rider because jack is heavier he can keep the bike grounded on the lower line where by the lighter rider wont find it as easy. More could be said about wheelsize yada yada but at the end of the day this is a short section to come to any major conclusions.Momentium is good but if you have too much of it you will get hung up on the bars or a foot slip off a pedal. or like hand slip off handle bars. middle line is the more consistent choice.

Really nice to see the choices, given Moir's killer season im just going to say he was quicker.

Very interesting to see, good job guys!
Vital rules.
mick seemed to be the smoothest. jack moir probably lost a bit of time that you don't notice after the section because of the mistake.
