As the title says and as you can see my Aliexpress crank puller tool stripped threads and is now firmly stuck. Before proceeding can I atleast pull out the crank like this and replace it?

the thread engagement doesn’t seem very high. you might just pull the threads out.
I’d screw it back out. that way at least some threads might survive for a new puller to grip on.
(also a crank puller isn’t a tool you want to save money on considering how much damage they can cause when they are cheap or worn)
Yeah that is what happens when you buy a 1$ crank puller from aliexpress. It breaks and/or breaks components
I don’t think it’s stuck you just need to try harder to unscrew it. Wind the silver puller part out then get a socket on there and unscrew it.
If you are planning to replace the bottom bracket, that is another tool where a good quality one is going to make your life much easier.
If you’re going to take the “home mechanic” route, don’t skimp on tools. That puller is el-cheapo garage and that “wrench” in the last pic looks like another bargain basement item. Spend the money once and you’ll have good tools that last a lifetime!
