Either a little to much tension the cable or a bent hanger.

What happens when you pedal forwards?
Stupid question, but is the chain designed for that cassette? You’re not trying to run an 8-speed chain on a 10 speed cassette for example?
I have had this issue after installing a new chain and cassette. It was the correct length and speed. Turns out it wasnt an issue after all, havent had any problems while cycling. After a bit of wear it disappeared aswell.
