Bought a new fixed gear as a base and planning to buy custom parts whenever something breaks.
Assembled the bike. A state 6.0 and the fixed “gear” isn’t properly fixed.
Is this normal or am I missing something ?

Hard to see from this angle but I would assume your locking isn’t completely tightened.
Looks like a double free-wheel. My spidey-sense leads me to think you are shit-posting but if so the humour is poor. Very confused 😵💫
Don’t ride it like this, you might mess up the hub threads. Look up the rotafix method or take it to a bike shop.
cog is slipping, you need to take off the lockring, use a chain whip to tighten down the cog properly and then re fit teh lockring (which threads opposite direction to the cog) and tighten fully
