I’m not sure if it’s a Schwinn or not, the saddle could have been added later. It’s made by Giant in Taiwan, and it was made in May 1978. Giant did make some bikes for Schwinn beginning in 1977, so it could be a Schwinn, or it could be another of Giant’s models.
