Time for a truing, or barely worth the attention ?

On a roadbike this would annoy the fuck out of me. But an a gravel bike or similar, I’d say screw it. It is what it is.

If you’re ok with the vibrations and it doesn’t hinder breaking performance, you can just push it of another year.
