So there are two holes in the front of the frame. My bike shop guy did his best by putting these rubber grommets in, but that aren’t staying. Well, my genius bike wrench friends, do you have any suggestions for how to deal with these holes?

They make little grommets part code SM-GM01 they also have them in oval SM-GM02. Also things to consider what version do you have? the older (looks like you have rim break) version have thicker cables so that might be a different one, I dont think I have that product code.
