Chain skips in every gear except 3rd only when pressing hard on the pedals. Derailleur hanger isn’t bent, gears are indexed and shift smoothly, cassette was just cleaned, brand new chain (correct size). Anyone have any clue why this would be happening?

Had the same issue if you swap the chain you have to change the cassette most times, unless your chain broke before It wore out. The two parts wear each other if you replace one it wont fit correctly with the other.
