This was my dad’s old frame. Him and my mom got matching rockhoppers as wedding gifts.
His favorite part of the bike was the “Offroad flex stem”. Gonna have to keep that around.
Couldn’t wait for all the parts to get in, had to start mocking up!

I’m visualizing ass pain, my friend. I kid, I kid. Obviously the nose of the saddle should be as high as possible for maximum aerodynamics.
Interesting. It looks like that flex stem uses skateboard truck discs… or might could use them now that original parts are likely unavailable.
