I just came back from the Ecovia 11, a mixed surface route in Portugal going from Lisboa to the spanish border. It has some awesome and pretty long gravel sections (I would say ~40% of the route more or less over the 300km in total). I strongly recommend having a look at this one if you go to 🇵🇹 !

If you like it hilly, my home (Basler Jura, Baselland in Switzerland) has a LOT of these roads. But they are often a frequent up- and down with some VERY steep parts (be ready to push +700w)
