In this video, I travel from York to Chesterfield on a Crosscountry voyager.

All staff that I interacted with were friendly and helpful.
I noticed that all the toilets onboard are of the accessible kind.
The service was well-used but not overcrowded.
The WiFi was very well advertised and worked .
The trolley was announced just after departure from Wakefield West Gate .
I think that there aren’t enough plug sockets onboard.
Are they that bad? Not really but I was only making a relatively short journey.
