  1. It looks like its the silver bolt in the center, holding the shock on the down tube. When the shock rotates is when the noise amperes to me.

    Start with the easiest thing to do then move onto the hardest. For me, that was cleaning and greasing all my pivot pin/bolts. Then I replaced the bearings. It took the bearing replacement to get rid of the noise.

    If the bearings are too hard to remove, you can try servicing them by degreasing and regreasing them. You’ll have to remove their seals carefully.
