I received these beautiful wheels from Elite last week. The wheels did not have any rim strip or rim tape. The spokes holes were not covered. I used TPU inner tires without any tape. This, of course, was not correct leading to punctures.
Yesterday I have installed the tubeless rim tape in the wheels. I want to use TPU tubes. The outer tires are Schwalbe Pro One 30mm. When I try to pump up the tires, they will no go beyond 4 bar. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Are your tubes rated for more than 4 bar? Are your tires rated for that? Does your pump allow pumping more than 4 bar? Does it rapidly decrease pressure after reaching 4 bar?
What does it mean that they do not go beyond 4 bars? What happens if you try to pump it up? Either way, this is not normal.
Does your pump go above 4 bar? That pressure is kinda high, not every pump can reasonably go that high (at least not fast because it gets progressively harder). There are really no nother reasons for pressure not to go above X (if there was a hole – you would lose pressure quickly).
After puncture – did you use new tube? Or patched the broken one?
I have made about the same mistake – used new TPU tube with a bad/old rim tape (in retrospect it have caused me problems before with rubber tubes also). It have made a hole in one place and mangled some other places, but after one patch and replacing the tape with a proper one it is holding pressure for a month already. But I use pressure of exactly 4 bars and my tires are Schwalbe “Land Cruiser”.
