Is this gap between rear derailleur cage plate and body normal?

I recently serviced my [GRX-400 rear derailleur](https://bike.shimano.com/en-EU/product/component/grx-10-speed/RD-RX400.html) for the first time, following [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E-iAxH32NlI). After reinstalling the plate axle, plate tension spring, and plastic ring (as seen [here](https://youtu.be/E-iAxH32NlI?si=G1hDRZUT3EOrREvk&t=1177)), I noticed that there was a bit of gap between the cage plate and the body of the derailleur (see the attached video). I took it apart and tried again, but the gap was still there. I’m confident that the plate axle threaded correctly and I torqued it to 8 Nm as per [Shimano’s instructions](https://si.shimano.com/en/dm/GARD001/Replacing_the_plate_and_the_P_tension_spring). I looked at this spot on my wife’s Tiagra bike, and the gap is much smaller. Is it supposed to look like this on my derailleur, or did I make a mistake somewhere? I’ve been riding with it like this for a few weeks now and shifting has been good, so it doesn’t seem to be causing any obvious issues.
