I got tired of the long-ass fork I had on this and finally bit the bullet and got a straight-blade chrome BLB fork. The geo is more or less back to what it should be. Plus the lugs somewhat match the frame itself!
As for the rest of the upgrades, Andel Classic Track cranks with a TA Specialties 47t ring, Andel rear cog, HKK Vertex Blue chain and Kinugawa NJS chain tensioners. Not pictured are the Restrap straps, but I’m ill and can’t be bothered to go install them haha
This thing is quickly gulping down my money that it in no way deserves, but I absolutely love it, despite the factory out of alignment BB shell and rear triangle.
How do you feel about the frame? Aint it too soft?
