Avid v brakes, microshift 11-42 with a amazon narrow wide chainring. One of those knock off derailleur hanger extenders with a £10 derailleur. Second hand Schwalbe Mondial up front and bald Marathon up back. Taped on mudguard extenders. Stickers. Original handlebars, which are so useful for squeezing through cycle barriers
Bags are handmade. Shameless plug for http://www.myogtutorials.com if you want to learn to make your own obnoxiously colourful bags. I end up carrying too much stuff on day rides because I want an excuse to keep the colourful bags on the bike.
