I think its a sidegrade. if they are similar in price. the Look its a track bike, the cinelli its a fixed gear bike (aka fixie). the look in my opinion its a better in therms of performance, hydroformed tubes, more stiff, more aero. but the Cinelli have more “fixie points”. idk if geometry matters for you, u can use [geometry geeks](https://geometrygeeks.bike/bike/look-al-464-2016/) to compare the measurements.
