I have experienced medial knee pain, right beside the right patella.
Do you know which is the name? Which is the change in the set up that I need?

Raise ur seat or shorter crank arms. Hard to know without seeing ur knee and ankle angles. Ideally 65 for knee flexion (12oclock pedal position) at most, youre going to want to raise that angle closer to 70 while staying 35-48 degrees from max knee extension on the 6oclock pedal postion. If you cannot raise the seat without causing seat issues or IT band pain then look at shorter crank arms
