Help selecting a city commuter

Hi all,

I recently moved to the bay area and am looking for an affordable commuter bike (I already have a solid weekender). After a quick skim of craigslist, these are the current candidates. I was wondering (assuming similar condition) if any of these stand out as a better buy. I love to ride, but I’ve never really learned the nitty gritty of the different components and mechanics, so I am deferring to the experts 🤞
