Also is there a way to tell what size derailer I need
I’ve fixed a few of these up. The parts are hard to find but a available on eBay. I’d say look for a complete kit with shifters, cranks, chain, and chainrings.
$250’ish.
My advice is clean it and ride it like you stole it 🤘
A Shimano CUES drivetrain might be a good fit here if you’re ok spending a few hundred.
