Tretta – four(?) chain bicycle.
There-are many bicycles rotting in my neighborhood and in Japan. Either they get a flat or people just move out of a house or apartment and just leave em.
No, you cant just take them as over 95% are registered with the police and the theft of them isnt taken lightly.
Even if they are next to brand new and you see em slowly rotting away day by day. Such a waste.
