Frame is brand x ht-01, 26×3.0 tires, surly bars, sr fork, will it uphold xbike ethos? While its not a fashionable ‘93 rockhopper frame, it may emulate the xbike mindset close enough? Obviously work in progress- have all the parts for make it complete, just need internet nod of approval 😉

I’d be tempted to fit a karate monkey fork and a 27.5*3 front wheel and tire and make a rigid, mullet masher

I would ditch the suspender and swap on a suspension corrected rigid fork from Carbon Cycles. Or maybe a used Black Ops fork from eBay. The Origin 8 Black Ops fork. Both these forks look scalpel sharp on a hardtail frame.
That frame definitely needs a full frame bag from Oveja Negra. Take a look at their Serape colorway. 🤌🏼
Then I would wear those tires out.
