Bought an old cross bike and wanted to make it 1×10 so I bought a crappy sensah groupsets off AliExpress for like 80 bucks. The shifters work very well, but the derailleur was made of plastic in places where it shouldn’t have been and it didn’t have a clutch which left a lot to be desired. The whole thing was riveted together and felt incredibly cheap. On the other hand the shifters are actually pretty nice quality and work very well, so I was looking to keep the shifters but replace the derailleur.
Messing with it I was looking for a pull ratio that matched and I measure the sensah pull ratio to be 1.1, which coincidentally was the same as Microsoft adventX/sword. I went out on a limb and bought the shifter and the performance was night and day.
The whole 1×10 groupsets (cassette and chain included) was 180 bucks and works super well. The main reason I’m posting this is so when people buy this groupset and are disappointed they might look up “sensah GRA10” like I did they might see this and be able to fix some of its shortcomings.
