Hi Adam. Just want to know the calculation for different weights of dough. Ie: the measurents for 1kg flour, is it the case you multiply that by 10 if you want to make a 10kg pizza or there is a different calculations?.

Do you grow any of your own vegetable's? Just wondering cause it is better quality food if its grown fresh as possible of course so just wondering.
